Delivery conditions for direct sales to consumers (model makers and architects)
Minimum order value is € 50.00 (net), without shipping costs in Germany and to the EU; for COD shipping (UPS) there is NO minimum order quantity for each sales item.
Delivery conditions for export and trade
Min. order value: €100.00 (net), without shipping costs, in Germany and the EU; outside the EU: €250.00. Min. order quantity per item: 5 units; for items with the tag number 2, 3 or 5, e.g. 02-2001 2: 10 units.

Orders
Please complete all the columns in our order form, or use these details for your own list, which you can also copy from our Excel price list. Please state the number of packs (units) as the order quantity.
Do not write: 2 x 02-2001, but 2 VE 02-2001.
Please order by fax or e-mail; we will not ship without your telephone number. Please do not forget to state your VAT ID number, which you can obtain from your tax office to allow you to buy abroad in the EU WITHOUT having to pay German VAT. It is not possible to change your data or make refunds later on.
Purchase and shipping
Advance payment or COD on deliveries abroad. Surcharges added by both banks for transfers (commission) will be borne by the customer. If using IBAN or BIC, there are almost no charges. Payments are not possible using VISA but only as a transfer from your bank to ours.
Shipping will take place at your expense and at your risk as registered correspondence or as a package using United Parcel Service (UPS). Trade customers can return ordered goods on agreement that the replacement value is reduced by 20%. We reserve the right to make changes to models. Packaging will be polybags with colour-coded inlay slips showing other products of a similar type.
